Where to use Demoloop

The places teams put the agent, and what to do before and after it goes live.

Where to put it

  1. 1

    Visiting your site

    • Pricing page

Put the button next to the plans. These visitors are the closest to buying.

    • Next to “Book a demo”

Keep the form, and add the demo beside it for people who won't wait for a call.

  2. 2

    In their inbox

    • Sales emails and LinkedIn

Send the demo link instead of asking for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Just signed up

    • First login

Let the in-app guide do the setup with them, in their own account.

  4. 4

    Paying customer

    • Launch emails

Link a demo of the new feature.

    • Upgrade prompts

Link a demo of what the next plan unlocks.

    • Help center

Put the support link beside your articles and in your Help menu.

Before and after it goes live

  1. Before going live

    • Give it a demo account with realistic data.
    • Add guardrails for discounts, competitors and the roadmap.
    • Set up the follow-up automations.
    • Run simulated visitors on the draft.
  2. First week

    • Read the transcripts end to end.
    • Turn repeated questions into FAQs.
  3. From then on

    • One agent per job: sales, support, each launch.
    • Simulate every change before you publish it.

See it first.
